5. September 2016 Hotel is in the details. Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel is the first Hilton Hotel opened in the Baltic states. Thus the task was not just to design another luxury hotel, but to attentively and befittingly represent the most valuable hotel brand in the world with over 570 hotels across the globe.
5. September 2016 A discreet corner solution. Hotel Lydia New architecture in dense historical environment poses always a question whether to continue the given context and build pastiche architecture in the respective style (e.g. Gothic or Renaissance), or disregard it totally and make something ultra-modern. The most interesting and delicate answer is usually the result of a dialogue between the old and the new: while engaging elements from the old and referring to the historic context literally or metaphorically, the building doesn’t deny its contemporaneity and is honest about its present-day character. The new hotel building in Tartu is the result of exactly this kind of process.

During the Maritime Culture Year of 2016 Linnalabor together with landowners created a beta-promenade from Kalasadam to the Noblessner quarter.
10. May 2016 Allianss participates in pre-Arvamusfestival in Narva on May 21
Our partner Indrek Tiigi will open the doors to the future Vaba Lava theatre in Narva at 11 o’clock. The building constructed in 1986 to accommodate the offices and cultural centre of Baltijets has so far remained closed to the public. We shall change the privilege formerly granted only for factory workers and step in.
3. May 2016 One-third of Tondi quarter is almost ready The first two residential buildings of Tondi quarter have been completed, with the third one ready by the end of May. Between the residential buildings (with 31 apartments in each), there is an area with a playground and green sitting areas.

14. December 2015 SPICE Office Building in Riga
Alliansss architects Inga Raukas, Tarmo Teedumäe and Tarmo Kübard won the architectural idea competition for the Spice office building in Riga.

24. November 2015 Numeral is the most sustainable office building in Baltics

8. October 2015 Architectural competition II place - Laaneveere terrace houses
Ou solutions in Laanekivi road in Viimsi back in the period 2006-2008 will continue with terraced house project in Laaneveere. The project got second place in the architecture competition. Authors: Tarmo Teedumäe, Paco Ulman.
