The commissioned work includes a new spa hotel extending over the net surface area of 11,004 m2. The building includes a 15-storey hotel tower with 140 rooms, a two-storey annexe for the conference centre and a three-storey spa, sauna and wellness centre over 2000m2. In terms of function, the building consists of six zones: the hotel, restaurant, conference centre, offices, spa, maintenance and technical rooms.
