As the head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Estonian Academy of Arts – the central institution in the architectural education in Estonia – Toomas is basically responsible for the competences of our next generation architects. In addition to his academic work, Toomas has practiced architectural design and urban planning for over 20 years and has been involved with Allianss Arhitektid since its establishment.
