During the competition of Venstpils Linearas Centras Speles various buildings invited by the city of Ventspils, we won the prize for two constructions: the reconstruction of the southern pier and quay with a cafeteria and pedestrian roads and a multifunctional business centre. The eventual project included only the southern quay and the cafeteria with the aim of reconstructing the pier and making it an attractive tourist area.
