The private residence with gross net area 385m² is situated in one of the earliest suburbs of Tallinn. The plot is on a seaside slope facing the south-east with views of the Bay of Tallinn and the city with its historic centre. The view has become an important organizing principle with all rooms overlooking the south-facing sea and all living and sleeping areas elevated to the first and second floors. The ground floor is partly submerged into the ground and reserved for parking, sauna and sporting facilities. The latter is all in concrete, including the floor of the living areas on the first floor perceived as a terrace in the garden. The first and second floors are built on a steel frame with timber construction and dark plywood finish.
