An ancillary building – a garden house – was designed in the garden of the two-storey house with a basement floor previously designed by ArhitektuuriAgentuur OÜ. Between the main building and the long and narrow garden house there is a wooden terrace with an outdoor swimming-pool measuring 3x10 metres and also an orchard with eight cherry trees. The garden house functions as a guest bedroom and an extra storage space. Architecturally it was attempted to blend the garden house with the plot boundary as if forming a kind of compression in one of its sections.
