The first two residential buildings of
Tondi quarter have been completed, with the third one ready by the end of May. Between the residential buildings (with 31 apartments in each), there is an area with a playground and green sitting areas. There will be altogether 10 apartment houses forming a comprehensive set of buildings with three courtyards. Although all buildings in the quarter are identical in layout, there will be variation in the facade elements. The authors of the architectural design are Inga Raukas, Tarmo Teedumäe, Tõnis Savi, Priit Hamer, Matthias Klitszch.
