The quarter in Tondi is located only some 10 minutes from the city centre on the territory of a former summer mansion. A third of the whole project with 93 flats has now been constructed. There will be altogether 10 apartment buildings forming a complex with three courtyards including playgrounds, sports and picnic areas and also more intimate gardens ready for joint cultivation. Although essentially identical, the buildings will have dissimilar façade solutions. The green areas between each group of buildings will thus have their own unique character and features supported by their distinct greenery. There is a selection of various flat types mainly facing two directions and each with their own private terrace.
