Tallink Spa& Conference Hotel has one of the most unique interior designs in Tallinn's city centre. Opened in March 2007, the Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel in Tallinn's city centre is well suited for combining business and holidays. A porous structure of atriums, coutyards and volumes blends entertainment and accomodation into one. There are two kinds of hotelrooms in the building: rooms with window and rooms with floor to ceiling glass. The latter ones boast cool views and some of them have a balcony. There are 275 rooms, conference centre and a dance restaurant in the building. Design follows Sadama street perimetric building pattern and aims to further activate Rumbi street pedestrian front.
