The competition entry for a shopping and entertainment centre awarded the second prize. The large volumes of traditional shopping and entertainment centres have been divided into several parts with the aim of adapting to the general feel of the town of Jõhvi and creating a more people-centred urban space. Between the buildings there is a kind of urban park area with paths diverging to various units. The complex leads to the park marking a meeting place for nature and the city and thus adding a new dimension to the park area. At the same time, there is also a sense of urban compactness distilling the appearance of a traditional city street.
