The competition entry was based on the building volumes of earlier plans. The height and volume of the residential building remained the same with considerable changes in the solutions for the staircase and flats and thus also in the façade, roof and window rhythms.The plan included five residential floors with 23 flats and additionally a possible solution for two studios on the ground floor. The given floor houses the storage rooms of all the flats and also the technical facilities. The flats are accessed through a staircase and the adjoining corridors.
In order to create a contrast to the soft wooden balconies and window frames, the façade of the building was finished with dark grey polymer plaster.
