The architectural competition for the residential buildings at 15 Keemia Street was attended with a project aiming at creating light and airy high-quality apartments. The layout of the flats on the floor plans varies depending on the spatial requirements of various floors thus providing the means for apartments with distinctive qualities and spatial features. The given variety of solutions is also reflected in the diverse and lively facades. The design of the flats focuses on maximising the storage with various fitted wardrobes and shelves. As the layout of the flats varies, in many of them the kitchen may be separated from the living area and thus used as separate rooms.
