The given building forms a boundary around a wide inner courtyard. The house mainly extends over one floor with only the study projecting the volume of the second floor as an extension of the main living quarters. Through the study also the living area receives the evening light from the west. The northern side of the building facing the street is somewhat more closed with the extensive glass walls opening to the private courtyard. All living areas of the building have a convenient access to the courtyard on the same level.
