This is Paju 2 office building by the Emajõgi, which ran for the Wooden Building of the Year 2020, proved that it is possible to make high and environmentally friendly commercial buildings from wood. This office building is the first 16-storey office building to meet the LEED Gold standard requirements for near-zero energy efficiency in Tartu. In addition, the commercial building won the Raitwood Facade Award at the Wooden Building of the Year competition.
