Heli is in charge of the coordination of the everyday operations of Allianss Arhitektid. She handles the resources and workflow of the firm, manages people and ensures that the most inspiring work conditions are provided. Heli also monitors the quality of the firm's daily work. At present, however, she is on maternity leave.
