Alliansss architects Inga Raukas, Tarmo Teedumäe and Tarmo Kübard won the architectural idea competition for the Spice office building in Riga.
The project is an expansions of the existing shopping complex Spice in Riga (Lielirbes street 29) owned and developed by SIA Tirdzniecības centrs Pleskodāle, the subsidiary of E.L.L. Real Estate LTD. The new multi-tenant 15-storey building will offer office accommodation of high quality, sustainability, functionality and user comfort near to Riga ́s airport.
This project means a lot to us, it is a remarkable step closer to our goal in the EU market.
